It has such great reviews I have gone on some runs with this and the bottles bounce endlessly and there is no way to keep the valve secured so that its easily accessible. The whistle clacks against a clip and clicks at every step. I am 150lbs and ordered a S XS but still cannot get it tight enough to stop bouncing most of my weight is waist down . The clips in the back catch my hair. The pockets in front are too loose, so that anything put inside keys, gu, potatoes bounces and makes noise.
